A High-End Balcony Experience

People will pay a lot for a view and maybe it will be worth it?

Your living room looks a little weird because now the couch faces a blank wall. You sit on the couch and put on the headset. You click on the Balcony app and make a selection. The wall turns into fog and a low railing appears in its place.

When the fog clears, you’re looking down on a small courtyard in a pleasant park on a summer evening. The ceiling and side walls pull back a few feet, showing more of some dramatic mountains and the darkening sky. A few bright stars appear.

You have an excellent view of a small stage on the other side of the courtyard. You see a drum set and some other instruments. The musicians walk out, wave towards you, and begin to play.
